Dorm Placement/Promotion Testing Application

There are a few requirements which need to be undertaken before you can be tested for promotion in dorms. You must fulfill all required fields here in order to be considered for testing.

If you are in the highest regular dorm or dorm(s) you must be able to fulfill the following requirements as per the special testing.

Rules of Cards Vs. Rules of Game
Have Shown Such Advancement it warrants promotion to Neo-Galaxy Eyes Neon
Prove yourself in a special set of duels to be determined by Headmaster, Chancellor(s) and Vice Chancellor(s).

Note: These special set of duels will not be the same for any two testees so be aware of this.
